🌲Go outside - Going outside also has been shown to be a mood booster and anxiety reducer. Go for a hike or even just some light gardening!
😴Get some sleep - There's a direct link between the amount, and quality, of sleep you get and your mental health. Take it seriously! Take time to rest.
