Mood Boosts When You Feel Overwhelmed

Many of us know what we can do to help ourselves feel healthier and less overwhelmed. Things like eating well or getting enough sleep are great ideas of such behaviors. But when we start to feel overwhelmed, sometimes just taking care of ourselves seems overwhelming.

Here are some easy things you can do to help reduce your stress level and calm your mind and body:

✔️ Start with accomplishing something small
☀️  Go for a walk and get some fresh air
💭Close your eyes and imagine your safe place
