Tess is an AI-Chatbot that has proven results of supporting emotionally different communities. One of the main problems that many mental health care centers suffer from, is the extended demand for psychological concerns, especially after the COVID pandemic. Artificial intelligence can help to solve part of this problem by scaling the support. Technology will never replace the experience of an in-person therapy session, but academic research on how chatbots can help has shown impressive results of actually supporting emotional people worldwide 24/7.

Tess supports +1M  people every day by her different conversations. Sometimes, she can go as simple as “How are you doing today?” or as complex as going over a unique design conversation to make the person feel better. These conversations have been supported by various experts in their fields, who have been proud to give their time to create interventions that can help their clients and patients when they are not available.
